	S E R V I C E S We offer two fee-based services: • We build and manage customized portfolios of stocks and bonds for individuals and family groups, businesses, endowments, and foundations. Fees are based on assets under management. • We consult on financial issues on an hourly basis. • We pride ourselves on taking the time to understand our clients’ needs and delivering personal attention. • We listen carefully to each client’s individual, corporate or institutional needs. • We offer practical financial advice. • We design portfolios or solutions specific to the client’s needs. • We work closely with the client’s other advisors. At all times, we place the client first. There is no conflict of interest in our relationships. We charge no commissions. All of our fees are based on assets under management or hours of consulting.
